Rates include water, sewer & 30/50-amp electric for 2 adults*.

  • RENT: Short-term stay rent (for 1 month or less) required up front for the full amount.
  • NO REFUNDS: There are absolutely no refunds on any deposits or lot rents paid.
  • PAYMENT: We honor credit cards (with a charge of 4% per each transaction) and we also accept checks.

Long-Term Rates – Summer ( May 1st – Sept 30th )

All sites are full hook-up with 30/50-amp electric (electric billed separately).
Rates include water and sewer for 2 adults, 1 pet, 1 car & 1 golf cart.

All campers & guests (including overnight) must register at the office.
During our BUSY peak season (Oct 1st – April 30th), prior reservations are suggested to ensure that we can accommodate you.
There are absolutely no refunds on any rents or deposits paid.
